Log in using your firstname.lastname username and your UHSP password. An invalid password error indicates either a typo or that your password has expired.
Visit myaccount.microsoft.com or contact the help desk to reset your UHSP password. Following a grace period, fully expired accounts cannot be updated through Microsoft 365 and must be reset through the help desk.
